We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager who can connect our product's capabilities to the market's needs, driving strategic growth and positioning our platform as the industry leader.
The Product Marketing Manager will define and execute the marketing strategies for the different agora products and services. This role involves collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and various Marketing teams to define and execute effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, real estate, or a related business field or Relevant experience from a Proptech/Fintech company.
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience in product marketing roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Both hands-on and management experience are preferred with a proven track record of growth.
- Proven track record of developing effective GTM strategies and marketing content.
- Strong understanding of the real estate investment industry and its challenges - A big plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with marketing software and tools.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, CS, and marketing teams.
What are we looking for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Market research, identify the target audience and define ICP
- Define and execute new products and services launch plans and ongoing GTM strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Translate product features and roadmap into clear, market-facing messages.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, branding, content creation, product packaging, pricing, and other promotional activities.
- Develop deep buyer insights, understand their journey, and tailor strategies to meet their needs.
- Stay updated on market trends and incorporate them into the GTM strategy.
- Serve as the primary expert on our competitive positioning in the market.
- Segment customers, identify personas, and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Synthesize feedback from customers, advisory boards, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Continuously refine messaging, collateral, enablement tools, and GTM strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
Key Outputs:
- Product messaging and positioning matrix.
- Competitive analysis and positioning documents.
- Target customer profiles, persona guides, and total addressable market (TAM) analysis.
- Comprehensive customer journey maps. Category points-of-view.
- Sales tools including pitch decks, battle cards, scripts, and playbooks.
- Development of demo messaging, flows, and content.
- Regular feedback synthesis from analysts and customers.
- Win/loss analysis and content conversion studies.
